Hi there! I was just reaching out to see if you guys had any advice for cleaning the “supports” for the floor pieces for Sanctuary-17. The big square support on the bottom of the model is quite difficult to get out. Any tips?

    Thanks,
    Josh

    • Sam Campbell (verified owner)

You cannot remove the big square support, it’s part of the model.

I absolutely love these models. They work amazing with Starfinder. I would like to make one suggestion, interior walls would be amazing so there could be separate rooms inside rooms. Any thoughts on this?

    • Sam Campbell (verified owner)

We may look at doing this in the future as separate products. It will probably require a number of extra floor tiles, a number of traditional OpenLOCK walls and a number of transitional wall pieces.

Having a lot of trouble with the stackable support frame on my Prusa Mk2S, the top right and bottom right seem to generate some sort of extra geometry when I print it. Tried changing the detail layer to see if it was a layer height thing, tried slowing down the whole process, but it’s consistent. Anything you’d recommend I could try on the model?

    • Sam Campbell (verified owner)

Can you email [email protected] and attach some pictures. We can have a look at specifically what’s happening there.

Is all the moon base available on terrain tinker?

    • Nicholas Jebson

Hey Insanejigsaw. The Moon Base is not yet available on Terrain Tinker, but there is the distinct possibility that it will be coming in the not-so-distant future…

Are the locking pins on the support frame supposed to line up with something? I haven’t found a combination of tiles that align yet.

    • Matt Barker

Yes, the Walls line up with the roof sections (BAH and AH roof sections with pins)

  6. Toby Leverett (verified owner)

Hi I have just gotten this and it looks amazing. I have had a look and is there a part that is meant to go between adjacent wall sections and adjacent roof sections?

  7. Craig (verified owner)

As posted on this original question below in 2022, I am still not seeing any of the walls or corners (BAH, AH, etc.) that have a hole on the bottom to line up with the pins on top of the support frame when sitting on top of it. Am I missing something?

      Hi Craig
The Floors and Roofs folder has another folder called Top Locking Cavities. The BA roof tile that goes with the BAH wall and AH Roof tiles are in this folder, too.

  8. Craig (verified owner)

Thanks, I do see the roof tiles with the holes. However, I am still unable to find the walls with top pins for the roof AND holes for aligning with the support structure on the bottom?

    • Joanne Boorer (verified owner)

      Hi Craig

Can you please email [email protected] with a picture of your layout?

  9. Craig (verified owner)

I will try to get a picture later and send it. However, what I am referring to is in the first picture for this set. There is the frame structure on top of a module/building, with a module/building on the top of the frame structure. Also again in the 4th picture. How are the frame structure and the top module/building connected or is it just sitting loose on top of the frame?

  10. Rory Fitz-Gerald (verified owner)

I’m a little disappointed there aren’t 1×1 and 1×2 floor tiles included. Are they kicking around anywhere, or are there any plans to add them?

    • Matt Barker

Hi, true, they would be a great addition, Ill add them to our do do list

    • Joanne Boorer (verified owner)

Hi Rory, new floor tiles have been added.

  11. Richard Leggett (verified owner)

In common with other people above, can you please explain how to connect San-17-Stackable-Support-Frame-v1.0 to the floor sections? There are pins on top of it, but no holes that meet with in the floor sections. Thank you!2

    • Joanne Boorer (verified owner)

Hi Richard. Thanks for pointing this out.
Just getting a modeler to look into this.

    • Joanne Boorer (verified owner)

The Operations Base Module has just been updated with corner walls with cavities to make it easier to create the tower on the support frame, as shown in the main image.
