All the models were primed in Army Painter Matt White
White plating
- Wash the wall section in Games Workshop Apothecary White contrast paint.
- Dry-brush with Army Painter White.
Grey reinforcing bars, vent coverings, latches, floor storage.
- Base-coat with Army Painter Castle Grey, you may need to apply multiple coats to get a smooth finish.
- Highlight with Army Painter Ash Grey.
Blue Plating
- Base-coat with Games Workshop Calador Sky, you may need to apply multiple coats to get a smooth finish.
Metal floors, piping, vents
- Base-coat with Army Painter Gun Metal.
- Wash with Games Workshop Nuln Oil.
- Highlight with Army Painter Plate Mail Metal.
Gas Canisters
- Base-coat with Army Painter Skeleton Bone
- Layer completely over the Skeleton Bone with Army Painter Lava Orange, you may need to apply multiple coats to get a smooth finish.
- Wash with Games Workshop Seraphim Sepia.
- Highlight with Army Painter Lava Orange.
- Pick out the bindings and pipes with Army painter Plate Mail Metal.
- Wash the bindings and pipes with Games Workshop Nuln Oil.
Solar Panels
- Base-coat with Army Painter Matt Black
- Dot Voidshield Blue onto the raised hexagons
Red Doors
- Wash with Games Workshop Blood Angels Red contrast paint.
Cables and hazard markings
- Base-coat with Army Painter Trollclaws.
- Layer completely over the Trollclaws with Army Painter Babe Yellow, you may need to apply multiple coats to get a smooth finish.
Computer screens
- Base-coat with Army Painter Matt Black.
- Edge highlight two opposite corners with Jungle Green, drawing a line till around the mid point of the squares.
- Use the Jungle Green to create whatever you want to display on the screen.
