Description

The giant rats waited and watched whilst the children played amidst the straw bales under the patched roof of the stone barn. The kids were safe as they had brought hunks of cheese as tribute.

To build the Stone Barn as pictured you will require pieces from other sets including Rustic Stone Floors and Clip Caps set. To assemble the Stone Barn and other buildings of Clorehaven you can download the Assembly Guides . The Assembly guide has Clip Caps instead of Rustic Stone Floor, but either can be used.

Would it be possible to have the 3 doors in this available without steps? So this can be placed beside other tiles as opposed to on top. Would be amazing for this and any other sets that have doors with steps to have stepless versions (noticed some do but some, like this set, don’t).

    • Sam Campbell (verified owner)

Yes we have added that in for future work.

  2. Tom Tumbusch (verified owner)

The initial version of the assembly guide for the Stone Barn doesn’t include the doors or floor tiles shown in the photos.

    • Sam Campbell (verified owner)

Yes, this is explained in the description. You can use either clip caps or floor tiles.

  3. Matthew (verified owner)

Love the design. Just wanted to second the desire to have versions of the doors without the steps. I was hoping to use it with the drawbridge (https://www.printablescenery.com/product/rampage-drawbridge/).

    • Sam Campbell (verified owner)

We have a version planned without the steps and this will be designed after last stretch goals are completed for Clorehaven.

  4. Håkan Karlsson (verified owner)

Can you please update the assembly guide to include the doors? Only the door frame is in the assembly guide.

    • Sam Campbell (verified owner)

      Assembly guide has been updated.

  5. berny80 (verified owner)

why are A doorway stone barn without step and A wall stone barn 1v1.0 the same? I think in the last update something went wrong with regards to the second file.

    • Sam Campbell (verified owner)

Thanks for this, it is a duplicate. We’ll get this updated.

  6. thordic (verified owner)

I downloaded today and the first level assembly guide says you need 4 of “A-Wall-Stone-Barn-1-v1.0” but this file isn’t in the download – the ZIP only has A-walls 2, 3, and 4. The reference photo omits Wall 1 as well, so I’m guessing this file shouldn’t be there but I wasn’t sure what the correct file should be to print in it’s place. It’s line #8 on the Level 1 assembly guide.

    • Sam Campbell (verified owner)

Thanks, We’ll get this file uploaded.

Would it be possible to have a Q-Double-Doorway-Stone-Barn-opt2-v1.0 (or any of the door tiles) that lines up with the larger bottoms of the Buttress walls? As of now it looks like the wall lines up when using A-Schist-Walls but not the A-Buttress-Wall-Schist-Battlement-w-Crenellation-v1.0.

    • Sam Campbell (verified owner)

The buttresses were made to be larger so they could differentiate between the straight walls and the sloped walls.

  8. yith

Won’t “double doorway stone barn opt2”, the one without a floor, require a slightly taller door than the others?

    • Sam Campbell (verified owner)

“double doorway stone barn opt2” is an archway and has no hinging mechanism as was a customer request. We’ll get the name changed on it.

  9. yith

Ok, so we still really need a large gateway without steps.

  10. yith

    Sam, sorry to pester.

But the Portcullis and arch is not what I’m looking for.

I’m looking for a gateway suitable for cavalry and larger (eg carts) to go through that is not a portcullis or drawbridge, but actually a double gateway, with a wooden gate.

Also it must not have a step or a floor.

This is for the gateway to a town.

And it needs to work with OpenLock.

    • Sam Campbell (verified owner)

The pieces will work if you are using openLOCK inside and outside of the entrance. Otherwise the gate entrance and wooden doors will have to be stretched or redsigned. There is an option for Q-Double-Archway-Stone-Barn-opt2-v1.0 which goes to full ground level but is just an arch.

I have tried to print the front of the barn (Double Doorway Stone Barn V1.0) at least 6 times. I have sliced and resliced. I have tried to print on 2 different printers (Creality CR6-SE and a FLSun V400) and it fails about half way through every time. I am not sure why, but without the front piece, this has not worked for me.
