Rise of the Halflings Scenario: The Barrel Riders Barracks

As the warlock amassed his sky fleet, he crewed them with the city’s halfling youth who, despite the warnings of their elders, eagerly volunteered service to the great man who saved their lives and gave them purpose. They were named the ‘Barrel-Riders’. As the years passed and the population steadily increased, they were given higher ranks and residence within the barracks flanking the warlock’s Tower of the Navigator.

There are two Barrel Rider Barrack’s set to either side of the Warlocks Tower. Each of these are well appointed dwellings for the comfort of the all-important Airship Crews and Barrel Riders that ply the sky-ways between Wollockshire and the Dwarves of the Northern mountains. Each barracks has one of the Warlocks Air-Elevators at its center, granting safe access between the living and sleeping quarters, as well as the rooftop hangers where several Barrel Rider Bikes are stationed for refueling. One of the buildings, the one standing to the right of the Tower of the Navigator, Houses the Meteorological Dissimenator and Cartographic Co-Ordinator that the Bargemasters use to sail the sky so easily.
