Every nine years, the Great Warlock would leave Wollockshire and seek out an individual somewhere in the world that his foresight has indicated will aid in his grand plan. These individuals entered the warlock’s service at a young age, being trained by him in the arcane arts until they were ready to aid in his plans as the Warlocks Apprentices. Each of the apprentices has gone on to serve in the Archanical Compound in varying roles, from leading the fleets of airships to diplomacy and research.
