Description

The captain was led through the Lost Tribe’s village, with armed guards watching him at all times. They came to a large platform ringed with stone, wood, and bone. On it lay a skeleton, one of the biggest the captain had ever seen. “The lost tribes venerate their dead by mounting their corpses on burial platforms. This is so they can find their way in the afterlife back to the lost homelands,” wrote the Captain in his journal later that day.
