Barrel Riders and Barrel Rider Captain

As the warlock amassed his sky fleet, he crewed them with the city’s halfling youth who, despite the warnings of their elders, eagerly volunteered service to the great man who saved their lives and gave them purpose. They became the original Barrel-Riders, an elite force of mechanized guards who protect the Archanical Airships from atop their Barrel Bikes.

As the years passed and the population of Wollockshire steadily rebuilt, the Barrel Riders’ jobs diversified into protecting the citizens from any and all threats, internal or external. As such, they were given higher ranks and residence within the barracks flanking the warlock’s Tower of the Navigator.

Now you can use these grizzled guards in your games of 5e Dungeons and Dragons, with the Barrel Rider Captain and Barrel Riders profiles. They excel at close-in work, sweeping an area with their Blunderbusses before closing in with their wrenches. They become even more dangerous when the Captain is leading them, allowing him to order his men as to the best way of pacifying their enemies.
