This product is delivered as a .ZIP file pack containing 3d printer files (STL files) for use on a home 3D Printer.

Description

Some say that stepping into the hallowed ring of the Wildwood circle can give you the power over the surrounding forest, others whisper that in time itself is slowed to a crawl within its root borders. In any event, one would have to find such a place in the heart of Dryad-guarded woods to discover its secrets.

2 questions for Wilderwood Circle

Lookas good, BUT: still trying to slice those leaves (and getting errors), are they really supposed to be printable with filament printers?

    • Jo Boorer (verified owner)

I printed these leaves on an FDM printer. You can use your own supports in your slicer. The ones I have included with support are for those who are not used to creating their own support. Can you please send the error reports to [email protected]

I’ve been looking to print these supportless with FDM, is this the right way to go or do these need supports naturally?
On Tree A there is a floating mushroom, and on all the tree files some of the grass is drooping, and i just want to check if these will definitely need supports or if this is an oversight before printing. Thank you.

    • Jo Boorer (verified owner)

      Hi
We printed the trees fine without support.

How does the footprint compare to the Awakened Wyldwood by GW?

    • Matt Barker

Its more or less the same, so you can use it as a proxy.

It seems that the pink leaf cluster is not included with tree set C.

    • Joanne Boorer (verified owner)

      Hi.
      Thanks for pointing this out.
Pink Leaf cluster has now been added.

I just finished printing and painting these models. The detail is amazing.
Absolutely no problem printing them. I used my own supports and even tried the pre supported leaves. They worked fine as well.
Using Flashforge guider 2 settings on fine and Esun white silk filament it printed darn near perfect.
No slice lines at all. Very detailed models and love all the extra vines shrooms etc.

      Hi Peter
      Thanks for your feedback.

How are people attaching the leaves to the tree? Have people found glue works sufficiently given the small surface area touching between tree and leaf clusters?
