Description

As the war went on in the Trench Forts built from the remains of ancient cities, the dead piled up high. Many were never given proper burial, yet both sides agreed to a ceasefire to build tombs for their revered holy leaders when war claimed them. These tombs, brutalist in design, mocked the marvelous architecture of the ruins, but felt perfect for the new age of war they stood for.
