The HEX Castle Wall Steps are how you connect high and low HEX Castle Walls, giving you more visual variety to your castle. They tesselate with the HEX Castle Walls and come in high- and low-wall versions. You can connect high walls to HEX low walls and low walls to the ground floor using the bottom step pieces.

This product is delivered as a .ZIP file pack containing 3d printer files (STL files) for use on a home 3D Printer.

Description

As the patrolling guard neared the top of the steps, he saw it—a flickering speck in the distance that could only be a torch. With a whistle, he called up his comrades to see. Finally, Ser Albion had returned from his quest. As they all stood there atop the steps on the wall, their cheering stopped as, one by one, hundreds more torches flickered to life. The guard raced back down the steps to wake the captain. They were under attack.

I’m noticing an issue with HEX-180-Castle-Steps-Down-v1.0, for some reason this file won’t slice. I’ve tried downloading multiple times, this issue seems isolated to this single file. The software I am using is Bambu Studio: the program just halts at about 25% of slicing progress and hangs.

Hi John. I tried to recreate this error by downloading and then slice in using our Bambu slicer and it works fine. Are you using the basic setting that Bambu provides?

    Fabulous Campaign!
I have many sections of walls now, but no steps to get up to the ramparts. The [Hex Castle Wall Steps] connect to the END of a wall but can’t be placed beside it – I’m looking for (preferably stone) steps that can be placed on the defensive side of the walls at intervals. How do soldiers get up to the [Oval Bastions] or [Castle Gate] or [Wall Turret] etc.?

Hi. Thanks for reaching out. This option will be included in with the South gate when it is released.
