HAB Blocks

$9.95

Any sales taxes will be calculated in the checkout.

The HAB Block is a modular sci-fi terrain piece and each piece is 50mm high and based on a 100mm x 100mm footprint. The interior details on the walls are fully modeled. They can be stacked on top of each other and arranged in a wide variety of configurations. The HAB Block pack also comes with optional unmanned weapons, which can be posted around the top of the model.

Using the guide holes and spare filament you can secure the levels of the building in place. Our guide on how to do this can be found here.

This product is part of the APOC Sci-Fi

6 questions for HAB Blocks

  1. Thomas Sexton

I’m sure this has been asked a million times.. but if i want to scale this down to 10 mm for Dropzone.. what percentage would i need to scale it down?

    • Matthew Barker

I scale down by .6 for Flames of War which is 15mm. I think scaling by .5 would work for dropzone, it would make them 25mm high and a 50mm x 50mm footprint for each piece. I would be keen to see photos of them scaled to 50%. Also, if you scale that small be sure to print at .1 or finer layer height

  2. Matthew Barker

We have just updated the Gun, its now scaled down by 50% to match the Hab Blocks

  3. Hampus Wahlén (verified owner)

Is there any possibility to add a piece with no walls? and a roof for it? so you can build 3×3 and bigger?

    • Matthew Barker

Great Idea, we can do this, it will be fairly simple, I’ll add it to our to-do list.

  4. Caitlyn (verified owner)

Any way to get one with a door (~30mm opening) on the wall? Looking to let Infinity minis enter and leave 🙂

    • Matthew Barker

No problem, I’ve added that to the next updates

  5. phoenixhaze83 (verified owner)

Is it possible to get filament guides on the bottom of 1R?

    • Jo Boorer

We are working on this now and will inform you when this has been updated.

  6. greg3 (verified owner)

I see you have a HAB mid piece but no matching roof, Do you intend for any roof to fit there or a specific piece there?

    • Nicholas Jebson

Most people use it to anchor a second level, I will add it to the ideas for improvements. With the next kickstarter coming up it wouldn’t be for a wee while though.
