Description

Spied from the windows of more noble abodes, a lonely tower pierces the sky, beneath whose peak conspirators gather to plot their dark deeds. When their meetings are concluded, they slip into alleys below, their passage unnoticed by all save the ever-watchful grotesques that leer from the rooftops.
