Description
For generations, adventurers and fortune seekers have spread tales off the Dracix’kun lizardfolk and their fabled treasure hoard. Many have ventured into the dreaded Sak’Rata rainforest to see if the legends were true but a scant few have returned. Survivors speak of savage monsters, bizarre aberrations, and, most of all, the vicious Dracix’kun lizardfolk. Undeterred, more adventurers go in search of the legend dreaming of the fabulous wealth that awaits. However, while most legends are inflated stories sung by bards to entertain, some tales hide truths far greater than can be believed.

I absolutely love this model. I’m currently in the middle of printing this out. I do have a request. Level 4 seems to have a bunch of unused real-estate. Is it possible to extend the single room from D over to C and B. In my opinion this will increase the play-ability of level 4 and also reduce filament usage. This can also be done on level 2 as well by making another opening from level 3.

Overall a pretty good model. I enjoy how its separated into sections for different sized printers. 2 of the levels seem like a bit of a waste where there could be some fun secret passages.

How many rolls of filament does this take, estimated?

It would vary with your printer settings, however, I would approximate 1 roll of filament for this massive pyramid.

I love this model and Im so keen to sink my filament teeth into it, but my spacial awareness is going into over time trying wrap my head around it’s modularity. Cutting right to the chase, do you think I could achieve the Yuan-Ti sample temple from DnD’s Volo’s Guide To Monsters?

So I almost always use the OPENLock system that you use for my models. But I’m not familiar enough with model making to understand how I’m supposed to “attach” these pieces together. I see the small holes on the sides of the models, but I’m not sure if I’m supposed to find a dowel or something to attach them with? Did I miss some instructions?

Hi Vagus,
Those small holes are the same width as 1.75mm filament, so you can use short offcut pieces as pins to secure the pieces together firmly and properly aligned. You still need to glue them together, which we recommend using superglue.
