Description
The Treeceratops is a wonderous beast to behold, its branch crested head is easily mistaken for an uprooted tree that’s lost its grip to the hillock of boulders below. Yet boulders shouldn’t heave up from the ground on tree stump legs and slowly lumber away as this marvel of nature does.
A territorial beast, it’s best not to disturb her while she’s grazing on the ever-sprouting mushrooms that sustain the Tree creatures of the woods, though if chanced right, one may take advantage of her size as she cools herself in the Hagglethorn river, damning it up for an easier passage in the shallows, or even across her back.
The Treeceratops download comes with four different folders for printing options:
- Complete – This folder contains an uncut, complete version of the model. Ideal for scaling purposes and those with large printers
- FDM With Supports – A folder containing pre-supported pieces to allow printing without overhangs
- Resin Pre-Supports – Resin cuts with pre-generated supports for printing.
- FDM or Resin – These parts can be printed on either of these printers. Please refer to the READ ME file for FDM printing instructions.
Updates:
- 10 September 2021 (version 1.4) Shell errors fixed in resin pre-supported files.

what size resin printer did you cut this for, I can’t seem to fit it on my elegoo mars. am I doing something wrong, or could you maybe please cut it a little sammel as it is a VERY common printer 🙂

Hi Kagbb,
We printed out on a Phrozen Sonic Mighty 4k. If you scale him down to 95% it’ll fit on the print bed, just remember to scale the other pieces too!

Is there no chance of you cutting him one more time, it is only one branch of the crest that is sticking out

I’ve put it on our list of model updates but can’t say when it will happen

I’ve printed it a couple times on a filament printer now and the horns on the body are a nightmare of supports and broken branches. It’s left me concerned about printing the other two. Any chance you’ll be separating the horns on the body into separate files like the ones on the head? It would make this a lot easier to work with.

Hi MechaSteve,
Thanks for your feedback. I’ll put your suggestion on our list of model updates for the future, as it would make it easier to print.
