Description

Not entirely structurally sound to begin with, these overcrowded tenement buildings often succumb to the weight of bodies crammed into them for an evening’s shelter. Those who dwell in such lodgings give little care as to the building’s uptake.

1 question for Ruined City Tenement

  1. Christopher Sandman (verified owner)

Absolutely love this whole range, but I’m having a lot of difficulty printing the roof cap for the Ruined Tenement. The long shingled end has come off the plate and broken in half mid print (twice), even with support a brand new PEI plate.

Any advice on how to get this to print more effectively?

    • Joanne Boorer (verified owner)

Hi Christopher, are you printing with the raft option turned on?

  2. dustinhollis (verified owner)

I have two problems with this model (Ruined City Tenement). Level 3 doesn’t quite line up with level 2. The posts on level 2 or the holes on level three just don’t quite connect. Level 1 and 2 line up fine. I printed them all on a BambuLab A1 with the same PLA, same settings, same speed.
Also is the lower roof supposed to have some holes for the posts clearly set up in the level three? Because there are no alignment holes on the lower roof section. I’m printing 1.6.

Hi, thanks for reaching out. Can you please send a pic to [email protected] showing the issues you mentioned so we can assist you.

@Joanne: I was able to get it to print successfully by adding a larger brim and a few extra supports!

Just need to get it painted up now ?

    Thank you!
