Martha “Maneater” Mother of Giants

Description

Martha is the oldest and wisest of the giants of the Shadowfey. It is unknown whether she is the mother of the hulking clan or if they are adopted. It is clear that she is fiercly protective of her ‘children’ and will kill anyone who dares lay a finger on her boys. This is not to say she is not unreasonable. There are rumours of adventurers who have not only met the mother of giants, but lived to tell the tale. Often their lives have been bought with a promise of aid, though the tales also speak of those who do not uphold their end of the bargain. Martha is a powerful caster attuned to the natural energies of her swamp, and her curse-law is second only to the Hags.
