Terrain Spotlight: New Eden
A versatile set of scenery gives you flexibility between game systems and gets better value for money and painting efforts. The New Eden range of terrain is one such set, being suitable for a broad variety of gaming systems. Here’s a few examples we came up with.
Star Wars Legion: New Eden is perfect for creating a Yavin 4 table. Its ancient ruins are occupied by the Rebels, who are holding out against the Empire.
Warhammer 40,000: The grim dark future of the 41st millennium is home to millions of planets. There could be a planet with the remains of an lost civilization of mankind, its secrets waiting to be uncovered.
Age of Sigmar, Warhammer, and Kings of War: The Mortal Realms, the Old World, and Pannithor are home to all cultures and landscapes. New Eden is perfect for recreating some of these places.
Mordheim, Frostgrave & Warcry: Treasure seekers and adventurers flock to jungle ruins in search of gold.
Dungeons and Dragons & Pathfinder: In role-playing, the possibilities are endless. Perhaps the party uncovers a lost city in the wilderness, or makes a daring rescue attempt from a band of savage lizardfolk in a swamp.
Even a few simple pieces of scatter terrain make an interesting and exciting gaming table; any two armies could clash over these crumbling ruins.
