5 questions for Ruined Bridge Spans

The planks on top of the stairs seem way to large. The connector knobs are not even close to the same places. Or am I missing something?

    • Nicholas Jebson (verified owner)

I have just checked and they were 10% out of scale. They will be updated this morning.

    HI guys,
just printed the extention B and it i bigger than the base , the corner and the slop …
Is it the B or the others that are the wrong size ?
    thanks

    • Nicholas Jebson (verified owner)

We had to update the pack as some of the pieces were out. If you re-download the ruined bridge spans that should have the B extension at the right scale.

Hi, the Bridge span base is pretty large, and won’t fit on my Ender 5. It’s not the biggest, nor the smallest printer out there, so wondering if I’m doing something wrong? I’m assuming I shouldn’t be printing it end-on. Is there any chance of a split version?

    • Nicholas Jebson (verified owner)

Hey Sam. I have had a look at it in Cura with an Ender 5 profile. The Ender 5 says that it has a 220mm x 220mm build volume but seems to slice off the end of the straight span, which is only 205mm. I’m not sure why it’s doing this as I am awaiting an Ender 5 of my own to test out. An option in the mean time would be to scale to 96%, as that is acceptable in the slicer, but I will organize for some small printer cuts to be done.
