Spelljammer Ships

Spelljammer was slightly before my time running RPGs and I hadn’t really though about Spelljammer when designing ships, they were more for terrestrial aerial combat for d&d. Somebody commented these would be great for Spelljammer and I’m just wondering whether anyone runs Spelljammer or is interested in running campaigns based on traversing between the crystal spheres. It has certainly peaked my interest.

Out of curiosity, are the stands of the three DEAD ships identical?
