Description
There were a lot of towers throughout the kingdom, but none quite like Millbury Tower, thought Francis. Set apart from the rest of the rabble, it was quieter, had nicer views, and fewer patrols came by, so more time for naps.

The HEX system is lacking perhaps a connector to make halls between sections. The living quarters could have been but maybe the small towers could also exist as “hallways”

Will you be adding adapters so that the small tower is able to tesselate with the rest of the Hex system? Having downloaded the file it doesn’t seem possible right now.

Yes, these are coming.

am I correct in assuming that the alternative size fits exactly on the square bastion?

Yes, That is correct. To avoid confusion, the large Millbury tower has been removed from this product and will be included in a stand-alone product at a later date.

Love these new additions being modular, standalone, and able to be incorporated into the walls. I have a request/suggestion. Can you create a small balcony with support? I beleive two versions would really enhance a lot of your taller models.
1 – Create an insert that plugs into a door slot. It would have 1 or 2 large balcony corbels attached that supports a small balcony above. print the small balcony separately so you could potentially swap it out with a smaller, larger, or damaged version in the future. In a tower like this model or something like the Watle and Daub Square Bastion, you could have a 2nd floor door insert with this balcony corble support insert instead, then have a standard door insert on the 3rd floor above, leading onto the balcony.
2 – Create the same balcony support but instead of a door insert, have it attach to the V-shaped attachment bracket like a buttress.
I’m just thinking it would be cool to have an add on balcony to upper levels using a lower level insert piece or buttresss attachment point.
🙂

Thanks for these great suggestions. I will pass these on to the team

Any idea why this roof, same as the gatehouse roof, is giving errors when loaded into Cura and won’t let me slice it?

Hi, I am using Cura version 5.6.0 and not getting any errors showing or any any of my other slicers. Can you please send a screenshot to [email protected]
