The Ruined Tenement Building is an expansion of the Tenement Building with a destroyed roof and water tank. It’s open ceiling allows models to placed with ease and comes with a flat option instead of the water tank.

Not entirely structurally sound to begin with, these overcrowded tenement buildings often succumb to the weight of bodies crammed into them for an evening’s shelter. Those who dwell in such lodgings give little care as to the building’s uptake.
