Splitting stl files

Hi All,

What software do people use (MAC) to split stl files? I know that small files are provided but sometimes I want my own cuts.

Any input would be great.

I recommend Meshmixer for cutting. This is what i usually use for cutting things as a one off: Plane cut, export stl, undo, select other side of plane cut and then export stl.
