Floors

I’m currently making a perimeter wall that has a walkway along the top. I am wanting to use floors instead of the rampage walkways. Unfortunately there doesn’t seem to a a Z floor that I can use in conjunction with the Z wall I have. Am I not looking in the right place or is there not one? And if there isn’t is the a plan to create one?
I have attached a photo of what I have, which I hope helps.
