Goblin Grotto – Sonic Mini 4k

Hi there

I printed a few test pieces from Goblin Grotto floors and walls and thought I would share my first prints 🙂

These are infilled at 30% through the next batch I will try and hollow with a 2-3mm shell instead to compare

This small printer works well with this set though its build volume is smaller than some of the pieces.

Would be great to see this set updated for smaller build plates such as this one as the pieces really do look fantastic.

The Sonic Mini is quite a small printer and not well optimized for the larger tiles, Hollowing is always your best bet when it comes to resin printing.

We can certainly have a look at optimizing them for smaller printers, but it won’t be in the immediate future. In the mean-time making a cut in Meshmixer and exporting them from there would be your best bet.
