The cat image there seems to be showing some signs of a layer shift. out of curiosity does the Mega Zero use a belt to move the extruder through the X or Z axis? if so you may need to tighten the belt up a little to make sure it takes the extruder to exactly where it needs to be at each level.
For the barriers I have two questions, what layer height are you using and how warm is it where you are atm. The sloppiness might be the cooling system not being able to cool it quick enough and it oozing a little to create that slightly blobby look.
