definitely consideration will need to be put to the means of supporting the print depending on how large it is going to be, as the larger it gets the heavier it will rapidly get. most would counter this by hollowing but depending on how strong you need the prosthetic to be this might not be viable. The rule of thumb is as the surface area increases the weight will increase by that number cubed.
