Winter Bocage

The Winter Bocage has several lengths and shapes to provide a series of low cover and obstacles for your battlefield or diorama. Representing the colder months, they are bereft of greenery but have several small, leafless trees that print without supports for ease.

This product is delivered as a .ZIP file pack containing STL files for use on a home 3D Printer. The files are set to 28mm scale but can be rescaled before printing.

Most famous in Northern France, Bocage are hedgerows used to divide pastureland; they are made of small trees and bushes. During WWII, they were effectively used to conceal troops and armored vehicles. In the cold of winter, leaves die and fall, revealing the stone bedrock that has laid there for centuries

1 question for Winter Bocage

  1. ljhugz (verified owner)

Hi, having some issues with scaling the winter bocages with the trees down to 15mm scale. Most of the branches end up having missing layers. 20mm scale worked fine but 15mm, all 3 trees have issues.

    • Jo Boorer (verified owner)

At 15mm Scale, I suggest printing the Bocages without trees as the trees will be too thin.
