Sally port and sewer entrance for the walls

Hi I was wondering whether it would be possible for a Sally Port and a Sewer entrance to be added to any of the wall Collections eg I have the dwarf and winterdale citadel wall sets.
It would allow some fun for a small party gaining access through the walls.
Could link up :
Sewer (eg Sewer and Pipe stl collections out there) entrance via a Cellar to sewers to walls etc
small stream flowing through walls with a locked Barred Pipe entrance
