3 questions for Library Furniture

There seems to be a problem with: Reading-Chair-pt2-v1.0. It is not flush with the bed/bottom. (At least with PrusaSlicer)

    • Sam Campbell (verified owner)

      We’ll get this updated.

  2. clogangrim (verified owner)

I think you should redesign the chair again, the contact area on the bed is too small. It took 3 tries for the top of the seat to adhere to the bed, when it transitions to the upright portion the friction seems to detach the bottom.

I’d bet taking the peg approach you guys did on the globe would work better and keep them aligned

    • Sam Campbell (verified owner)

The chair has been redesigned, if you try to re-download it has a larger surface area to print from. I recommend printing this at 0.1 and a slower speed (optionally with a raft or brim) because it is such a fine detailed model.

I see that several items have indents when they are split up. Is there a specific item or print to use those indents to align the pieces?

    • Sam Campbell (verified owner)

They are alignment pins, you can use filament or wire to hold them in place while glue dries.
