Wow, fantastic model. would it be possible to get one without the dwarven decorations as well, so I can use it in winterdale?

    • Sam Campbell

It’s a great suggestion, i’ll add it to development ideas queue.

    Printed model and looks fantastic.

    Couple of suggestions / Improvements.

Make sure you label each print, especially the stairs when you print them. Almost all of the are unique and you need to keep track of them for assemble. A suggestion would be if the models actually was labeled from the start.

Gluing the stairs was the tricky part, I using a glue kicker made it easier. One big problem is that by gluing the stairs to the model you are making it harder to paint later.
It also makes the model harder to store.
A suggestion would be to make the stairs removable by design.

The hardest print was the actual crain. There is no real good way to print it. I would suggest that they split the model in half length wise, then later you glue the two peaces together.

First model Ive downloaded a file from Printable Scenery, where some of the files wont fit on the Ender 3 printer bed

    • Nicholas Jebson

You may have to turn the brim off if you have it turned on, as we printed the model that was used for the photos on an Ender 3, so it definitely fits.
