The Hedge is a single piece model, designed to be completed with small clumps of flock. The pack comes with three variants.
This product is delivered as a .ZIP file pack containing STL files for use on a home 3D Printer. The files are set to 28mm scale but can be rescaled before printing.
Hedges provide excellent cover for skulking and sneaking about, or for hiding secret messages.

Just wanted to know if there was a way that you or purchaser can make some changes to the file? would love to see some pieces with trees in them.

Yes you can use a program called Meshmixer to make changes to the files
