A very good question. I haven’t looked into whether that option is available sorry, so can’t say yay or nay

Your hot end might be running a little too hot. Sometimes it can extrude too much material when the temperature is higher than needed, resulting in these little extra blobs of filament where they are not meant to be. I would check the manufacturer’s specs for the specific filament you are using and making sure its within 5 degrees or so of that.

Hey Pieter, Which models are you trying to support? For any miniatures that we intend to be resin printed we add the pre-supports on to, however the vast majority of our models were originally designed to work perfectly on FDM printers rather than resin printers as they are far more cost-effective when making some of the really big, high detailed buildings that we are known for.

The Black Ship really is an impressive behemoth when it is on the table!

Hmmm, we didn’t have any plans for it, but you never know what we might come up with for a future set 😀

Hmm, thats odd. we will put it in for an update to get that sorted, as it would radically improve the print quality of the piece. Thanks for bringing it to our attention.

Which printer are you using? I think the last time I saw this was with a Prusa Printer, and all it required was to update the printer itself to make sure it was running the latest firmware. When did you last update the printer?

Yeah, that sort of waxy running is definitely the material not cooling properly, leading it to sag and warp. Had exactly the same thing happen when my Wanhao’s fan blade broke and didn’t notice for 2 prints (and was trying to work out what was wrong)

rather than bloat all the OpenLOCK sets with the clips (no one wants to download the same thing over and over again) We direct people to download the free Rampage base pack, where the latest version of the clips can be found: https://www.printablescenery.com/product/rampage-base-pack/

Hey Legions, no we haven’t got one up but it is something we will be looking to do. We had a tendency to re-use sections as more of the stretch goals became available so even I am not 100% certain how many of each bit would be needed, and I made them XD!

Hey MrCMR, the most common magnet used is the Neodymium Magnets, which often are flat disc magnets. You can often pick them up from a hardware store or model store near you, or I’m sure Amazon has a bunch available. in general, the magnets shouldn’t be very long, I think 1.5mm is the standard size for a lot of them. Yes, you will need to glue them into the hole, and there is a positive and negative side to the magnets. you should use the magnets to check the polarity of the metallic sheet you wish to attach them to, and once you know which way round use a piece of metal with the same polarity to grip the magnet and push it into the hole with the glue. this way you will have it the right way round every time. Not sure about the brand but the ones I get here in NZ from the local wargaming store are by Modifx. We don’t have a bottom pins video but we do have one focused on the magnetic clips that could help: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Dd1lB2jhQDc

Yeah, to me that looks like an under-extrusion caused by a blockage in the nozzle, you might want to change yours out or give it a good clean.

Yeah without the side holes the columns are a little awkward. If you placed the IA in the center with 2 BA Tudor walls on either side, it will make the same width of 2 A walls.

Is there a Tudor wall with chimney to continue a wall above the Tudor fireplace file? And is there a cap to finish the chimney? Looking through my files I haven’t encountered either one in the Clorehaven sets.

Not that I can see, but the schist backing of the fireplace is the same width as the IA wall section, so you could put an IA schist wall in there above it and it would blend seemlessly.

Hey Greg, Yeah that was a typo on my part. The main pledge will be delivered by the end of July with the stretch goals released over the next few months as they become available.
